I placed my order on August 6 and on August 7 they requested my valid ID for verification. On August 8, I contacted their customer service to inquire for an update on whether my order had been confirmed and processed. They responded with the same information, saying that the confirmation will take place within 24-48 hours and the delivery schedule. Every time I ask for an update, I get a similar response. On August 9, I followed up once more at 10 am, and around 3 pm, they answered and said they had already followed up the assigned team. Like what? They were not telling me the real status. My credit card provider called me on August 10 to confirm the transaction, that was the only time they processed my order and August 11, when they've finished processing it. LBC picked it up on August 12 and delivered on August 14. I hope you'll work on your customer service or customer interaction. Your customers deserve to know the truth, so please always be honest.
