I switched to iPhone from my Samsung A52s 5G. Because my Samsung phone was defective (e.g. couldn’t download apps or receive email notifications), and customer service was horrible. It was affecting my work, and taking up my limited free time to rest. Thus, I switched to iPhone.
My 13 mini works flawlessly so far. Size is perfect for my pockets, not too big nor too small. Latest update to iOS 15.4 means I can unlock my phone even while wearing a mask. I just would like future features to be added by Apple, such as an option to use memory card, and ability to have independent volume controls for ringtones, alarms, and notification alerts.
Delivery was quick, mabait si courier.
I just have to say maybe Beyond the Box can make it easier to buy from the online shop, maybe lessen the requirements they ask in the verification process. Personally, I find it easier to buy from the “Other Philippine Apple Retailer” because they have less verification requirements for purchases.
Anyway, customer service representatives are very polite and they seem to respond to my emails quickly. Thank you.
