Customers must pick-up their unit at the same store where they placed their pre-order. Availability of the units will be 10-21 working days from pre-order date. Store staff will get in touch with customer once Airpods Pro 2nd Generation is available.

For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders. Availability of the units will be 10-21 working days from pre-order date.
