Reminders before you bring your device to the Service Center

1. Bring a proof of purchase.

2. Ensure to backup all your files, as files will be deleted during diagnosis.

3. Disable password and Find My app.

4. Remove all accessories.

Average repair turnaround time

Same-day repair for battery problems (iPhone 6 to iPhone 11).

For others, we normally need 2 - 3 weeks to repair the units as we have to order the parts from Singapore and will have to apply necessary permits before we can bring them in.

Quality and authenticity

Beyond the Box is an Apple Authorized Service provider, and as an Apple Authorized Service provider, we get access to original parts & units directly from Apple HQ in Singapore.

Your units will be handled by Apple-certified Technicians, who have gone through and passed various courses and trainings conducted by Apple.
