    We accept all major credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or JCB).

  • Online Banking

    We accept bank transfers to a series of banks. When you checkout, choose DragonPay and choose your preferred bank. Here's a list of currently supported online banks:

  • e-Wallet

    We accept e-Wallet payments such as Gcash, GrabPay, Coins.ph, and PayMaya.

  • TendoPay

    TendoPay provides digital installment payment plans in the Philippines. It works like credit card installment plans but without using a card.

  • BillEase

    BillEase is a buy now, pay later app that allows you to pay for your purchases in easy bi-weekly or monthly installments without a debit or credit card

  • 1. Do you have an installment plan?

    Currently, we accept installment payments via TendoPay or BillEase.

  • 2. Is it safe to pay with my credit card?

    Absolutely. Your credit card information is never stored in our servers. It is encrypted and transmitted through 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) straight to a top security electronic vault.

  • 3. My payment failed. What do I do next?

    If you want to continue with your purchase, you may view your pending orders in the account section (it's the icon on the upper right corner of the page that's shaped like a person).

  • 4. My credit card got charged twice. How do I fix this?

    In this scenario, feel free to contact our customer support through the chat icon (the yellow icon on the lower right corner of the screen). They will gladly assist you in checking and reporting your concern to our payment gateways.

  • 5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

    Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery yet, but don't worry, we are already working on it, so stay tuned!

  • 6. Can I request for the Sales Invoice to be addressed to my company?

    Yes, the Sales Invoice may be addressed to your company. To do this, please indicate the details below in the "Special Instructions" section before checkout.

    Issue invoice to:
    Company Name, Company Address, TIN Number
