b. Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per size / color. It is not guaranteed that the unit you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
c. Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered unit in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
d. Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered unit can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date of the units will be within 14-21 working days from pre-order date. For provincial stores, availability may take longer, please allow us additional 10 working days to fulfill your orders. 
e. Please note that the availability of freebies may vary by size and color. We cannot guarantee specific colors, as they depend on current stock.

IN-STORE:

For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at any participating retail stores, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their unit at the same store where they placed their pre-order.

For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.
