iPhone 13 Green Pre-order FAQs

The pre-order for all iPhone 13 models is available at select Beyond the Box retail stores (VMall, Robinsons Ermita, Century City, and Uptown Mall only) and beyondthebox.ph.

WALK-IN AT SELECT BEYOND THE BOX RETAIL STORES

a. Discounted price for cash or straight charge payments made at Beyond the Box retail stores.
b. Installment up to 24 months with 0% interest at Beyond the Box retail stores.

ONLINE PRE-ORDER THROUGH BEYOND THE BOX WEBSITE

a. Discounted price for pre-orders made at Beyond the Box website.
b. Free shipping for pre-orders within Metro Manila. For provincial customers, a shipping fee of P1,400 will apply. Shipping fees are inclusive of insurance. 
c. Earn BTB badges to receive discounts on your next beyondthebox.ph purchase.

WALK-IN AT SELECT BEYOND THE BOX RETAIL STORES

a. Customers can pre-order at the following Beyond the Box retail stores:

b. Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per model / capacity / color. It is not guaranteed that the unit that you want will be available as this will be a first come, first serve basis.
c. Customers pay for the pre-ordered unit in full via available payment methods in-store.
d. Pre-ordered units can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered starting April 13, 2022 (Wednesday) once retail stores open.

ONLINE PRE-ORDER THROUGH BEYOND THE BOX WEBSITE

a. Customers can visit the Beyond the Box website at https://beyondthebox.ph/. 
b. Free delivery for pre-orders within Metro Manila. For provincial customers, a shipping fee of P1,400 will apply. Shipping fees are inclusive of insurance. 
c. Delivery of the pre-ordered units will start on April 13, 2022 (Wednesday).

Yes, the full amount of the iPhone 13 must be paid to confirm your pre-order and no refunds and cancellations will be accepted.

WALK-IN AT BEYOND THE BOX RETAIL STORES

For customers who pre-order via walk-in at the select Beyond the Box retail stores, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers will be picking up their unit at the same store where they placed their pre-order.

For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC to ship your orders.

As this is a pre-order arrangement, the iPhone 13 will be available for claiming at the same Beyond the Box retail store where the customer placed their pre-order starting April 13, 2022 (Wednesday). For pre-orders made at beyondthebox.ph, delivery / fulfillment for pre-orders will start on April 13, 2022 (Wednesday).
