Step-by-Step Ordering Process:
1. Customer must go to the select Beyond the Box branches in order to place their pre-order.
2. Customer sales associate will check with customer if their preferred pre-order unit is still available.
3. If preferred pre-order unit is available, they will be asked to wait for their turn to proceed in-store.
4. If preferred pre-order unit is not available anymore, customer can opt to fill up our wait list form. Our store staff will be in contact once the customer's preferred unit is available.
5. Once customer is inside the store, our customer sales associate will be confirming the customer details inputted on the pre-order form.
6. Once confirmed, customer will proceed to payment with their chosen payment method.
7. Customer will be advised to claim their unit and corresponding freebies on October 22, 2021 at the same store where they placed their pre-order.
8. For the Adidas RPT-01 Wireless On-Ear Headphones freebie, it will be available by three weeks after the pre-order duration. Our customer sales associate will get in touch with the customer once it is ready to be claimed in-store.

2. Customers who pre-ordered will have a dedicated line for pick-up separate from launch day selling.
3. Customers must present any valid ID to the customer sales associate for verification of their pre-order.
4. Once customer details are verified, the customer will receive their iPhone 13 unit and freebies.
