  • When is the pre-order duration?

    The pre-order duration for Marshall Acton III, Stanmore III, or Woburn III is from February 3 until February 7, 2023, mall hours.

  • What are the perks that I can get for pre-ordering at Beyond the Box?

  • How do I place my pre-order?

    a. Customers can pre-order at any of the Beyond the Box retail stores (see full list of stores here)

    b. Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per model / color. It is not guaranteed that the speakers you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.

    c. Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered speakers in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.

    d. Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered speakers can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date of the units will be within 7-14 working days from pre-order date.

  • What are the available payment methods?

  • Do I have to pay the full amount?

    Yes, the full amount of the Marshall Acton III, Stanmore III, or Woburn III must be paid to confirm your pre-order and no refunds and cancellations will be accepted.
