Terms and Conditions of the Grand Raffle Draw

1. Promo Period and Coverage
The promotion is open to all customers who purchase any of the qualified products: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro and/or iPhone 17 Pro Max during the promo period covering Pre-Order, Midnight Launch, Midnight Selling and Day 1 to Day 3 (Launch Weekend): October 9 to 19, 2025. The promo is valid across our stores and the official website, beyondthebox.ph.

2. Eligibility
The promo is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in the Philippines.
Employees of Digits Trading Corp, Boxtalks Inc, DGnation, Digitalks, Digitalks Technology Corp, Digisource, Digibyte Technology Corp., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining the raffle.

3. Raffle Entries
Qualified raffle entries are based on the following conditions:
1 unit purchased during Pre-Order and Day 1-3 (1 receipt per unit) = 1 raffle entry
1 unit purchased during Midnight Launch Event at Digital Walker Power Plant Mall, Digital Walker Glorietta 2, and Beyond the Box Robinsons Ermita = 2 raffle entries
No purchase limit applies.

4. Entry Submission
FOR RETAIL PRE-ORDERS: Customers must register their raffle entries through the official electronic form (via QR code provided) within the promo period.
A valid entry requires:
- A clear copy of the official receipt (OR), and
- The name reflected on the official receipt must match the name on the registration form.

FOR ONLINE PRE-ORDERS: Customers must register their raffle entries via the link sent through e-mail within the promo period.
A valid entry requires:
- A clear copy of the invoice/order number
- A screenshot of the email confirmation
- The name reflected on the official receipt must match the name on the registration form.

5. Raffle Draw
The Grand Raffle Draw will be held one (1) week after Day 3, or on the first Wednesday thereafter, but not later than 14 calendar days after the deadline of submission of entries.
The raffle draw will be conducted via electronic raffle system, in the presence of a duly authorized representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The raffle draw will be broadcast via Facebook Live and Instagram Live on the official social media pages of the company.

6. Prizes at Stake
The following prizes will be raffled off: Grand Prize: Tesla Model Y (tax free). Prizes are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

7. Notification and Claiming of Prizes
Winners will be notified through their registered contact details (declared address, mobile number and email address) and will also be announced via the official company social media pages.
To claim their prizes, winners must present the following:
- Two (2) valid government-issued IDs, and
- The original copy of the official receipt submitted during entry registration.
- All prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of official notification.
- Unclaimed prizes after the 60-day claiming period shall be forfeited in favor of the company, with prior approval from DTI.

8. Other Conditions
Refunds, cancellations, or invalid transactions automatically disqualify the corresponding raffle entries. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or falsified will be considered invalid. The company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and participants. All decisions of Beyond the Box, with the concurrence of DTI, are deemed final and irrevocable.

9. DTI Permit
This promo is registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-239746 Series of 2025.

Draw Witness: A duly authorized representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) will be present.
Announcement: Draw will be broadcast live on the official Facebook and Instagram
accounts of the company.

3. Prizes at Stake
Grand Prize: Tesla Model Y
Total Prize Value: Php2,800,000

4. Notification and Claiming of Prizes
Winners will be notified via registered contact details (address, mobile and email) and announced on the company’s official social media pages.
To claim, winners must present:
- Two (2) valid government-issued IDs, and
- Original copy of the Official Receipt submitted during entry registration.
Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of official notification. Unclaimed prizes after the claiming period shall be forfeited in favor of BEYOND THE BOX with prior DTI approval.
