Purchasing through the website is easy peasy. One click on the product and you’re good to go. CS support is also great, especially Jam, who has been helping me throughout the whole process of getting my iPad. Responses were quick and straight to the point.
The only thing I’d suggest is to let customers choose their courier. LBC is honestly a terrible courier. My order was shipped on November 4 and only arrived on November 14. Worst part? They didn’t call or message me, and they just left my parcel with my landlord. I wouldn’t have even known it was delivered if I didn’t check the LBC website. That’s really concerning, especially for something this expensive.

I wish they could pick up the item at the store. The item was delivered on time and nice working with the customer service rep at the store sending verification email making sure my credit card was not used for a fraudulent transaction.

I don't like the idea of sending my ID via email as your requirement even if the item was already paid online. I'm not comfortable and I don't feel secured but I had to do it since it's already paid, so the fear of you not sending the item was there. It's not agile. This was the very first online transaction that I had to provide ID via email even if showing ID upon receiving the item was also required. It's redundant! Will never purchase again from this store and will definitely not recommend.

Ordered June 21 and been stuck forever. Coordinated with BtB customer service and I was informed of delivery issue stating "consignee unknown". Could have been better to provide updates with the order proactively but no one would know the status if you don't inquire yourself. Had to go straight to the warehouse to pickup my order as customer service didn't reply anymore upon requesting the package to change to pickup to branch. Nothing will be done if I didn't intervene in the process which is very frustrating. Will never recommend this shop to my friends and family.
