c. Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered unit in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
d. Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered unit can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date for the MacBook Pro and Mac Mini models will be within 7-21 working days after the pre-order period while availability for the iMac will be 28-42 days after the pre-order period. For provincial stores, availability may take longer, please allow us additional 10 working days to fulfill your orders.

Yes, the full amount of the  iMac, Mac Mini M4, MacBook Pro M4, MacBook Pro M4 Pro and MacBook Pro M4 Max  must be paid to confirm your pre-order and no refunds and cancellations will be accepted.

IN-STORE:

For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at any participating retail stores, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their unit at the same store where they placed their pre-order.

BEYOND THE BOX WEBSITE:

For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.
