How do I earn Tech Bites points when I purchase?

You may earn points by simply showing your Member ID QR code in the app to the cashier before paying for your in-store transaction.
How many vouchers can I use per transaction?

You can use 1 voucher per transaction receipt.
How long does it take for earned points to reflect in my account?

Earned points are generally processed immediately, but please allow up to 24 hours for points to officially reflect in your account balance after a completed transaction.
What if my BTB Badges did not show up after linking?

First, pull down on the app's Home screen to refresh your profile. If points still do not reflect, ensure that the email address registered on your Beyond the Box web account matches your Tech Bites account email exactly. If they differ, update your profile email or contact our support team at inquiry@beyondthebox.ph.
Do my Tech Bites points or vouchers expire?

Yes, Tech Bites points are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. Redeemed vouchers must be used within their specified validity period.
Can I convert my Tech Bites points or vouchers into cash?

Points and vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted into cash or combined with other ongoing promotions.
