a. Customers can pre-order at any Beyond the Box, open_source by Beyond the Box (see full list of stores here) and select Digital Walker retail stores (see full list of stores here).
b. Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per size / color. It is not guaranteed that the unit you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
c. Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered unit in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
d. Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered unit can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date for the MBA M4 Models models will be within 14-28 working days after the pre-order period. For provincial stores, availability may take longer, please allow us additional 10 working days to fulfill your orders.

Yes, the full amount of  MBA M4 Models must be paid to confirm your pre-order and no refunds and cancellations will be accepted.

In response to heightened risk of credit card fraud or product theft, transactions made online will undergo a quick verification process. Rest assured that these verification efforts are set in place for our mutual safety and protection. All data information collected will be handled with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

IN-STORE:

For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at any participating retail stores, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their unit at the same store where they placed their pre-order.

BEYOND THE BOX WEBSITE:

For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.
