b. Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per size / color. It is not guaranteed that the unit you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
c. Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered unit in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
d. Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up. Pre-ordered unit can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. Availability date of the units will be within 21-28 working days from pre-order date. For provincial stores, availability may take longer, please allow us additional 10 working days to fulfill your orders.

IN-STORE:

For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at any participating retail stores, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their unit at the same store where they placed their pre-order.

For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.
