- The store will welcome pre-orders from October 16, 2026, 8:00 PM, beginning with invited customers. Availability is on a first come, first served basis within each access group.
- Customers enter their personal details and chosen model via the Pre-Order portal. Store staff are on hand to help.
- Each customer may pre-order one (1) unit of iPhone Duo.
- Every iPhone Duo order is linked to a verified TechBites account. Customers without one can sign up in store in a few minutes.
- Customers are encouraged to bring a valid government-issued ID. Photocopies and digital images (screenshots or photos) of IDs are not accepted.
- Customers can also pre-order online at beyondthebox.ph.

BPI Wealth Priority Access pre-orders will be settled in full exclusively with a BPI credit card through credit card pay-by-link facility.

- Only the customer named on the order can claim the unit; authorised representatives are not accommodated, even with an authorisation letter.
