7. What if the unit I want is out of stock?
You may visit nearby branches/locations from the Midnight Launch location that are taking back orders. Place an advance order for the model that you want. Estimated time of availability in-store is 8 to 10 weeks.

8. I pre-ordered, can I get it during the midnight event?
No. You may get your unit on October 17, 2025 onwards during mall hours.
*No refund/cancellation/change of mind for all orders. Once payment is rendered, model variant, color, capacity of purchased unit are considered final. Once the unit leaves the store, any hardware issues encountered will be subject to the warranty evaluation process.
9. Is there an E-sim station at the event area?
Yes. Smart and Globe will be at the event area to give away free prepaid e-sim.
10. When will I register for the raffle?
You may register your raffle entry using the link or QR code available in the store.
11. Until when can I register my raffle entry?
