Pre-orders will be accepted at the following retail stores / channels:

WALK-IN PRE-ORDER AT ANY BEYOND THE BOX, OPEN__SOURCE BY BEYOND THE BOX AND DIGITAL WALKER RETAIL STORES 

a. Customers can pre-order at any Beyond the Box, open_source by Beyond the Box (see full list of stores here) and select Digital Walker retail stores (see full list of stores here).
b. Store staff will accommodate pre-orders. Take note that stocks may vary per specifications. It is not guaranteed that the unit you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.
c. Customers will have to pay for the pre-ordered unit in full via any of the available payment methods in-store.
d. Our store staff will contact the customer once the order is ready for pick-up on October 14, 2026 onwards. 
For provincial stores, availability may take longer, please allow us additional 10 working days to fulfill your orders.
e. Pre-ordered unit can be claimed at the same store where the customer pre-ordered. 
f. Only the customer can claim the units. Authorized representatives are not allowed.

ONLINE PRE-ORDER THROUGH BEYOND THE BOX WEBSITE

a. Customers can visit the official Beyond the Box website to place an order.
b. Take note that stocks may vary per specifications. It is not guaranteed that the unit you want will be available as this will be on a first come, first serve basis.

d. Fulfillment of stocks will be 16-28 working days after customer pre-ordered.

Yes, the full amount of the Apple Mac mini M6 and M5 Pro chips must be paid to confirm your pre-order and no refunds, changes, exchanges and cancellations will be accepted.

In response to heightened risk of credit card fraud or product theft, transactions made online will undergo a quick verification process. IN-STORE:

For customers who will pre-order via walk-in at any participating retail stores, store pick-up is the only option available. Customers must pick-up their unit at the same store where they placed their pre-order.

BEYOND THE BOX WEBSITE:

For Metro Manila pre-orders, our own logistics team will be handling the delivery of your item. For provincial orders, we use LBC (with insurance) to ship your orders.
