Overall, the EarPods with a Lightning Connector perform admirably.
Delivered on time! Ever since, I've liked earpods with lightning connector instead of the earpods only. It feels safe and I don't have to worry about charging it anytime. Plus, it's affordable. I hope Apple company will not recall this item.
Replacement of this item took so long(more than a month). They didn’t take action to my request on a timely manner unless you make follow-up. I reached out 2weeks later after my request of replacement ( their turn around time for my request) and was told ready for shipment, until it reaches more than month no progress and eventually they told me they will be shipping it the following day with their 3rd party partner courier-LBC. But, I demanded for a refund instead. They seem to be fooling me already. I can’t recommend their store. Super disappointed and it was unreliable.
The order is for my daughter's phone, she is happy, so I am happy. Online ordering from Beyond the Box is so much easier than dealing with apple.ph
